LEAD ABATEMENT

Nelson Service Group has performed many lead abatement jobs.  We provide the required documentation and make sure that the workers & surrounding environment are properly protected.  A typical lead abatement job would require the following documentation:

  • Description of the lead emitting activities
  • Description of equipment and procedures that will be utilized to accomplish the abatement
  • Compliance Means  (A lead abatement plan would describe the PEL and how the job is to be accomplished to not endanger the workers or contaminate the environment.)
  • Technology Report (Description of the technology to be utilized to make sure the standards are met.)
  • A lead abatement plan will have air monitoring documentation procedures.
